As a Project Engineer, you will hold a key role within the Project Delivery function in a fast paced, exciting and growing company. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary, agile team working on consulting and engineering projects, collaborating with customers to ensure the best possible service is delivered. You will join the “Dynamic” projects team, handling a wide variety of projects and technologies with short deadlines and high work-turnaround. You will need to learn quickly on the job and juggle multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and clear communication.Responsibilities
Engage in the design, planning and implementation of Public Cloud projects for key Ekco clients.Lead, design, plan and implement technical IT projects for clients.Deploy and implement networking, infrastructure and cloud projects.Collaborate with the Project Management Team and PMO to deliver projects.Build out key processes and knowledge bases (KBAs).Document completed projects and hand over to service delivery teams.Stay up to date with latest technology and vendors.Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience delivering IT projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong networking experience (firewalls, switching, VLANs, WAN).Experience with infrastructure configuration, migration and deployment projects.Experience with Windows Server 2016–2022.Experience delivering M365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint and other cloud services.Qualifications/certifications in Microsoft, Windows, Azure, O365, CCNA.Collaborative working style with the broader delivery team.About You
Strong customer focus with ability to anticipate and meet customer needs and communicate effectively at all levels.Excellent knowledge of Azure infrastructure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Azure Virtual Desktop).Experience ensuring customer solutions comply with product standards and internal documentation (ISO considerations).Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Professional Services role for a Cloud Managed Services provider.Benefits and Perks
