HR Advisor to join a busy HR and Employer relations team for an initial 6-month fixed contract in Winchester Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy team providing HR and Employer Relations advice and support to external organisations. As an HR Advisor you will be : Providing an efficient, well-organised and responsive HR service with guidance and support for employer relations cases. You will be a positive ambassador for the HR team and play a key role in ensuring that we deliver a high-quality HR service.In order to meet customer demand, you will spend approximately 2 days of your time on the HR Helpdesk handling calls and emails and will often be the first point of contact for managers on a range of employer relations casework. For the other 3 days, you will handle your own case load of ER cases including sickness, absence, ill health, retirement, redeployment and other ER cases (circa 18-20 at a time). You will work in collaboration with Senior HR Advisors.CandidatesWe are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with some exposure to employer relations casework such as absence management, sickness, ideally within high-volume environments.Ideally, a CIPD Level 5 qualified or relevant level of experienceKnowledge and experience of employment law You must be an excellent team player who can thrive working in an experienced, friendly and supportive team which develops and values its staff.You will be client-focused with great communication and organisational skills.Y
