About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Principal Recruitment Consultant
or
Divisional Manager
to lead the launch and growth of a new business unit focused on the
US Aerospace, Defence, and Space sectors . This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to shape and scale a key vertical in our business, with a long-term vision to build a high-performing team around you.
You’ll be based at our Altrincham HQ, working closely with senior leadership to develop market strategies, build client relationships, and deliver recruitment solutions across the US market. This role offers significant autonomy, leadership potential, and scope to make a real commercial impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development
across the US Aerospace, Defence, and Space markets
Build and grow
a new vertical within the business, including future team development
Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to clients and candidates
Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for long-term success
Act as a subject matter expert and internal mentor to support growth of the division
What We’re Looking For
Strong track record in recruitment within the
Aerospace, Defence, or Space sectors
Experience working with clients and candidates in the
US market
(or a strong understanding of it)
A commercially driven mindset with the ability to develop and grow a new market
Leadership capability or ambitions to build and manage a team
High levels of professionalism, motivation, and strategic thinking
