We''re now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our ever growing team and play a key role in our continued success.

You''ll be joining a high performing team with a strong client base across the North West Civil Engineering market.

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in recruitment
- A track record of working to targets and building client relationships
- Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

And what will you be doing?
- Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go to recruitment partner
- Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
- Source candidates through job boards and referrals
- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
