With a focus on education, healthcare, and local authority works, this company prides itself on delivering projects on time and to a high standard, maintaining strong client relationships.About the Role:As a Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of live construction sites, managing up to 10 operatives, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operationsManage and coordinate subcontractors and tradesEnsure compliance with health and safety policiesAttend and lead client meetingsMonitor and report on project progress, time, and budgetDeliver projects ranging from £50k - £3.2mEnsure high-quality workmanship and client satisfactionWorking Hours:Monday to Friday07:00am - 16:00pmCandidate Profile:Essential Experience:Previous experience managing public sector projects (e.g., schools, NHS, universities)Strong background in trades (ideally joinery)Client-facing with good communication skillsExperience on education refurbishments, office fit-outs, healthcare builds, and GP surgeriesIdeal Candidate:Based in the North West - region
