Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our construction site. overseeing a matrix installation on a large Distribution warehouse upgrade. our client is the CDM so we are looking for an experienced site manager this is a 7 day site with 12 hour days so shifts are shared between 2 managers. Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines. Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including labour, materials, and equipment. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress and any issues encountered. Implement strategies for risk management and problem resolution on-site. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must have a CSCS Black Managers Card, SMSTS and Aid Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups. Ability to lead by example, motivating team members to achieve their best performance. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in complex situations.
