This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven individual who thrives on growth, relationship-building, and delivering results across both public and private sector markets. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in driving the Group s growth strategy. This is a hybrid hunter/farmer position, combining new business generation with the development of existing partnerships. You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, acting as a key link between external clients and internal operational, finance, and marketing teams to convert opportunities into long-term success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities within construction, landscaping, and restoration. Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through outbound activity, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with procurement contacts, stakeholders, and partners. Pipeline Management: Coordinate information flow between clients and internal teams to support compelling proposals and presentations.
