Excellent Pastry Chef Opportunity with Hotel and Restaurant.
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for our clients at this busy Hotel and fine dining restaurant in Worcestershire. Working for a talented Head Chef you will work on the dedicated Pastry Section with support from a Commis and prepare meals for lunch and dinner service as well as afternoon teas. The role is 4.5 days per week with straight shifts.Salary and Benefits
Starting salary £38kTips circa £3k per yearLive in available4.5 days per week28 days holiday , Meals on dutyWeekly Pay
The RoleReporting to the Head Chef you will run the Pastry SectionWorking in the Hotel kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredientsPreparing desserts and breads for restaurant and afternoon teasAble to multi skill in the kitchen during busy periodsThe PersonYou must have previous experience of ideally 4* Kitchens ideally to AA rosette level or aboveAlready a Pastry ChefAble to work unsupervised and develop junior team membersGood attention to detailSteady Career History showing progression.
