Project/PMO Support Officer
An IT consultancy specialising in providing data-driven solutions in the supply chain sector is seeking a Project Support Officer to support the planning, coordination, and governance of projects and programmes across the business. The PMO Support Officer will have previous experience supporting within a multi-project environment, strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of project management methodologies. Additionally, you will be proficient in using project management tools and a proactive and adaptable approach to collaboration and delivery. Applications from ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to project and programme teams across a diverse range of initiatives Assist in maintaining project documentation, plans, reports, and registers (e.g. risk, issue, action, decision logs) Support the PMO in monitoring progress, tracking milestones, and producing regular performance reports Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools Assist in resource tracking, financial reporting, and project forecasting activities Support stakeholder communications and maintain effective working relationships across teams Supp
