Sales Specialist

Job Title: Sales Specialist (Modern Workplace)Location: London/Home Counties (Hybrid)Benefits: Up to 65,000 + Double OTE and more We''re looking for a self-driven, senior-level Sales Specialist to help grow out the Modern Workplace offering. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping how the organisation go to market. You''ll be working within a newly-formed product unit, so there''s lots of scope to influence sales processes and help define the approach. Collaboration across teams is key - especially with account managers, marketing, product and customer success - and you''ll play a big part in expanding the company footprint both with existing clients and new business. What you''ll be doing:Managing and growing a pipeline from lead to close.Leading product demos and communicating our value clearly to potential customers.Identifying opportunities to cross-sell within existing accounts.Feeding back insights from the market to improve how we operate.Bringing a structured, consistent approach to reporting, forecasting, and CRM usage.Working closely with key partners to accelerate deal velocity. What we''re looking for:Proven field sales experience, ideally in the tech or cloud services space.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and general IT/cloud principles.Experience working with Microsoft vendors or service providers.A track record of hitting targets and growing accounts.C
