MacclesfieldThe roleWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Planner to play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects across the UK. You’ll be part of a collaborative team in a safety-first, client-focused environment, where your skills will help shape, renew, and enhance critical infrastructure for the future.What you’ll be doing

Creating and managing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar toolsTurning complex project plans into clear, achievable steps and ensuring alignment across stakeholdersTracking progress, forecasting timelines, and resolving potential delays before they impact deliveryLiaising with engineering, management, and client teams to keep projects on trackAnalysing critical paths, updating schedules, and producing reports such as S-curves and productivity chartsSupporting the delivery of projects to agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standardsWhat we’re looking for

3–5+ years’ experience in construction planning and schedulingStrong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and documentationProficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent toolsExperience in budgeting, cost control, and resource planningAnalytical mindset with strong risk management and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of BIM and large-scale infrastructure projects is desirableUnderstanding of safety regulations and quality standardsFlexibility to travel when requiredWhat’s on offer
