This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with military experience-particularly those from 14 Signal Regiment or relevant Royal Navy backgrounds-to transition into a high-impact technical role supporting advanced EW technology.The RoleAs a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for specialist Electronic Warfare systems, taking ownership of incidents from initial diagnosis through to resolution.This is a hands-on technical position where you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues directly rather than simply escalate tickets. You will work closely with MOD customers, internal engineering teams, and external suppliers to ensure systems remain fully operational.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customer technical issues via phone, email, and support portalsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related faultsDeliver L1/L2 support for advanced Electronic Warfare productsManage incidents, service requests, and problem investigations using ITSM toolsMonitor system performance and coordinate escalations when requiredProduce customer updates, service reports, and trend analysisCreate and maintain knowledge base documentationSupport change,
