Customer Support SpecialistLocation: Bournemouth HybridSalary: £26,500 per annum + 10% bonusHours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pmWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic support team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service while working closely with both sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.The RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing both technical and non-technical support across a range of products and services.You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently, supporting the sales process, and escalating more complex issues where required.This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a keen interest in IT or technical products.Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist: Provide technical support to customers on products and servicesDeliver non-technical support to customers, partners, and resellersSupport customers throughout the ordering processGather and document relevant information for escalationsEscalate complex or undocumented issues to senior support teamsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, tools, and processesDevelop expertise in at least one core product areaCarry out scheduled follow-ups and respond to customer queriesEnsure all communication is handle
