As Demi Chef / Chef de Partie you will join the team of approximately 20 chefs working in various sections of the kitchen receiving further training and instruction as required.You will be taught news skills and techniques and have the opportunity to take an apprenticeship training program if you would like to achieve official certification (optional). You will work with fresh locally sourced ingredients to produce fine dining dishes alongside / under the guidance of the senior chefs in their Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant, catering for 100+ covers.
