Interim HR BP

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation on an interim basis. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic thinker who is also happy to roll up their sleeves and build the HR function from the ground up.Client DetailsThe client is a leading distribution business Description Set up and implement all core HR policies, procedures, and processesAdvise and support managers with complex employee relations casesLead on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planningEnsure compliance with UK employment legislation across all HR activitiesPartner with leadership to drive engagement and support organisational goalsProvide HR support across multiple sites, building strong relationships with operational teams Profile Proven experience in a similar HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR principlesComfortable working in a greenfield HR environment and setting things up from scratchAble to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site settingStrong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Job OfferCompetitive day rate c. 300- 350 via Umbrella company 3-6 months initially Potential to turn into permanent Working hours between 9am-6pm PLEASE NOTE; this is a fully on-site role, there is no home working.
