Helpdesk Administrator

Administration of sub-contractor logistic arrangements, including processing of service records and permit documentation, cross referencing the CAFM system as required to ensure correct information is recordedProvide administrative support to the Operational and Technical teamResource planning and allocation of resource to support in the delivery of direct/third party works in and out of hoursLogistical access arrangements for all areas including secure areas for engineers and contractors as required; this includes car parking arrangements, and ensuring correct processes are followedAssist with the local team''s general administrationUndertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required by the Helpdesk ManagerExperience in a similar FM Helpdesk roleStrong customer facing expertiseAble to gain and maintain DV security clearanceAble to work onsite 5 days per week in LondonThis role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared.
