Responsibilities

Handle incoming queries for a laboratory using the internal ticketing system

Provide strong customer service with a proactive, can-do attitude

Opportunity to train and develop professional skills

Qualifications

Previously worked as a Helpdesk Administrator or similar

Experience working in Laboratories or Scientific or Medical or Healthcare or similar environments

Great Customer Service skills with a can-do attitude

You must be a British Citizen or have Indefinite Leave to Remain to apply for this position
