A Charming one-form entry primary school in Petersfield area is looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant to support them. For the right candidate, a 3 days position would be considered but full time is preferred. andnbsp;

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs
• Facilitate access to the curriculum through personalised activities and lessons
• Encourage confidence, independence, and strong social connections
• Encourage all pupils to be curious, inclusive and supportive of similarities and differences
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure consistent, effective support
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in an educational or early year setting
• A desire to support children with hearing impairments
• An interest in working with children with additional needs and barriers to learning
• A genuine willingness to learn and grow in this area
• Strong communication skills and a creative, caring, flexible approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s welfare
