People and Culture Business Partner
Ref: SRQ(phone number removed) Location: Westminster (SW1H) Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pay: £320.00 per day paid weekly via umbrella Duration: Maternity Cover Possibility for extension beyond this Duties Drive business performance through people and culture strategies, by implementing PandC initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention within the business area. Develop, build and test solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and address identified PandC gaps. Develop and embed PandC solutions that support winning talent, operational excellence, business growth and customer retention. Identify, assess, and implement strategies that reduce employment, compliance, and operational risks. Lead organisational design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of people projects and embedding sustainable changes aligned with strategic objectives. Provide guidance on complex or escalated cases, including policy interpretation, ER case management, TUPE, and Union engagement in line with relevant CoEs Deliver professional employee relations advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law, that minimizes risk, fosters fairness, and supports business goals. Actively participate in operational and PandC solution meetings to provide insights, anticipate issues, and enable informed leadership decisions. Coach, mentor, and build the skills of the People and Culture team to deliver impactful results
