Membership Development Manager - Sector-Based and Armed Forces Home-Based (with regular travel across the UK) The Organisation Our client is a membership organisation. They are Investors in People (IIP) Gold and Investors in Wellbeing (IIW) Silver accredited, which reflects their commitment to their employees, who are a vital part of supporting their members. They are now looking for a Membership Development Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be based in the South of England, with the flexibility to travel within the region and across the UK as required. The Role As a Membership Development Manager, you will lead engagement and growth initiatives across key sectors to increase membership and professional registration. Specifically, you will guide people through their membership and professional registration journey, supporting their transition from military to civilian roles or advancement within their chosen sector. Beyond this, you will support strategic goals by developing and executing sector-specific initiatives, representing the organisation at key events, and working with internal teams to deliver impactful engagement activities.
