Who you will interact with You will be part of the Welding team, reporting to Welding Supervisor. You will be fully supported in your position by others across the business. Coded Welder/Fabricator Requirements Sterling TT require experienced coded Welders to carry out fabrication and welding work as directed by the Welding Supervisor. You must have worked for a minimum of 2 years within welding in a manufacturing industry. Your normal hours of work will be 37 per week on our late shift, i.e. Monday Wednesday 1.30pm 11.30pm Thursday 1.30pm 11.00pm. Essential attributes to succeed A strong work ethic and positive attitude with good attention to detail. The ability to: Solve problems, Work under pressure, Prioritise Must be able to work under your own initiative, but also to work as part of a team. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Computer literacy.
