Lead the sourcing and contracting strategy for Professional Services (consultancy, training, recruitment, and more).Deliver end-to-end public procurement, including above-threshold procurements, ensuring compliance with the new Procurement Act 2023.Drive supplier performance and risk management, and contribute to LFB''s shift towards digital, insight-led procurement.Engage closely with senior stakeholders and play a visible part in a transformation that matters to every Londoner.Deputise for the Category and Procurement Manager, growing your leadership profile.Proven experience of delivering end-to-end procurement within the public sector.Strong understanding of PCRs and the new Procurement Act 2023.Hands-on category experience across professional services.Confidence in supplier management, contract oversight, and data-led decision making.Excellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.When most people think of the London Fire Brigade, they think of frontline heroes.
