Contact Centre Specialist

Full training and continuous coaching and development is provided, the basic salary is -34,376 per annum with fantastic business benefits. This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer services and is comfortable dealing with vulnerable customers where empathy and listening skills are key.

Benefits and Package for a Contact Centre Specialist:

  • Salary: -34,376 per annum plus Annual Discretionary Bonus
  • Hours: Full-time - 38 Hours Per Week - Working a 38 hour a week shift pattern between 8.30 am - 6.15 pm Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Bristol
  • Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

  • Answering inbound calls to support and help customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to often vulnerable customers
  • Build relationships with our customers through non scripted calls with the focus being on personal connections and fact finding
  • Adopt a continuous improvement culture supporting with new ideas on how we can improve our employee and customer experience
  • Manage queries through the phone and email responding in a professional, timely and informative manner

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Executive:

  • Confident owning your calls to the point of a resolution and motivated to deliver exceptional service
  • Ability to build rapport, establish excellent relationships and thrive during interaction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment dealing with often sensitive calls
  • Excellent communication skills are required with a focus on empathy
  • Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre environment
