The Role: As an Area Sales Manager, you will: Manage and grow existing business, which accounts for 75% of your roleDevelop new business opportunities, making up 25% of your responsibilitiesTravel across the designated areas to meet clients and potential customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with independent retailersWork independently and cover an area across the Northern Home Counties and South EastThe Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Area Sales Manager position will: Have proven sales experience, ideally within the independent retailer sectorPossess knowledge of independent retailers, either through direct sales or previous employmentBe a confident driver with a valid driving licenseDemonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skillsBe self-motivated and able to work independentlyThe Package: The Area Sales Manager role offers: Annual salary of 30,000 - 35,000 with an OTE of 40,000Company carStock optionsThe company has been a trusted supplier of art and craft material
