support governance initiatives across our UK Wealth Solutions business, working closely with senior stakeholders to embed risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.Drive cross-functional improvements in efficiency and service deliverySupport Wealth Operations at governance forums.Lead compliance with frameworks like Consumer Duty and Operational ResilienceDeliver data-led insights and performance reportingSupport change
