Providing vital support to Investment Managers to ensure seamless client experiences.Acting as the first point of contact—answering calls, handling enquiries, and directing messages efficiently.Welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring their visit is smooth and enjoyable.Managing essential administrative duties, including handling client correspondence, completing forms, and filing documentation.Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms for client and prospect engagements.Keeping investment materials, brochures, and product packs up to date and presentable.Monitoring office supplies and ensuring the team has everything they need to excel.What We\''re Looking For:

A strong educational background (at least A-level or equivalent, preferably in relevant subjects).Previous experience in administration—financial services experience is a plus but not essential.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive mindset with high standards for work quality.A genuine interest in Financial Markets.Why Join?
