Hybrid car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare and 24 day''s holiday Territory: East Anglia - Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire Selling: Decorative rain-screen cladding / fibre cement weatherboards and facades Customers: National house builders, regional developers, housing associations and architects THE ROLE Specification Area Sales Manager: Promoting a well respected range of external decorative rain-screen cladding into the residential new-build sector Inheriting an established and well performing area, you will be tracking and securing projects with national house builders, larger regional developers and a little into housing associations Whist also working with the associated architects involved in each development to secure specifications Projects will be back-sold through an established network of national merchants and distributors, that a separate team will manage day-to-day THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT Specification Area Sales Manager: A field sales professional with a proven track record within the construction industry / building materials sector Ideally you will have some experience working with house builders or developers, although this is not essential You will be professional
