Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly within payroll, payments, or financial services.Collaborate with the sales team to support commercial success while managing legal risk.Provide pragmatic legal advice to cross-functional teams across Europe.Support improvements to processes and contribute to the development of the legal function.What we\''re looking for

A qualified lawyer with in-house experience (or strong law firm training plus in-house exposure).Background in payroll or payments is ideal, though wider financial services experience is also valuable.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - able to work seamlessly with sales and non-legal teams.European work experience preferred.Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The offer
