Reporting to the Head of Litigation, you’ll take ownership of complex disputes and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel, providing strategic and commercial legal advice on issues that impact the business globally.Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of litigation and regulatory mattersAdvise on commercial disputes, consumer law, brand protection, and property issuesLead cross-border matters and liaise with international teamsInstruct and oversee external counsel, ensuring quality and budget controlSupport wider legal and commercial teams with contentious inputContribute to audit and reporting processesAbout You
Qualified lawyer (UK or similar jurisdiction) with upwards of 6 years’ PQEStrong background in commercial litigation, ideally from a top-tier firm or in-house roleExperience with consumer law and cross-border disputes is advantageousCommercially minded, pragmatic, and confident advising senior stakeholdersAble to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentPlease note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
