Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of clothing production, from initial design to finished product
• Coordinate with design and production teams to develop timelines and production plans
• Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Monitor production issues and implement solutions promptly
• Implement quality control measures
• Manage and oversee staff, fostering a positive environment and ensuring team members are motivated and productive
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Report on production activities and performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clothing Production Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of clothing production processes
• Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
