In this role, you will take full responsibility for production planning, day-to-day operations, and team leadership. You will ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a keyrole in driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the business in achieving its long-term growth plans.

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

The Person:

• Production Manager or Supervisor experience
• Proven experience within a Fabrication environment
• Knowledge of production planning and ERP/MRP systems
• Must be within commutable distance of Southend on Sea, Essex
