Compliance Manager

to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Act as the compliance specialist on complex regulatory implementations (e.g., MiFIR/EMIR reporting).Oversee and guide the compliance monitoring plan.Provide timely front-office compliance advice on trading and regulatory matters.Lead compliance training, including SMCR certification and KYC policy updates.Maintain and refine compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory reporting.Key Requirements:Strong knowledge of

commodities derivatives markets (base metals)

.In-depth understanding of

LME regulatory requirements

.Experience with

OTC commodities and FX markets

.Expertise in

EMIR, MiFID II, SMCR, IFPR, and Dodd-Frank

.Practical application of FCA regulations, including

COBS, SYSC, MAR, and SUPSeniority level
