Provide onsite and remote AV field service engineering support across client sites.Carry out preventative maintenance, site surveys, and event coordination.Handle small works installations and handover to clients.Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and SLA compliance.Manage and update service tickets promptly and accurately.Participate in rotational shift patterns and occasional European travel.Support documentation and administration linked to service delivery.Strong technical proficiency in AV / VC / UC technologies.Experience managing client communications and escalations.Calm under pressure with excellent troubleshooting ability.Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.Flexible approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.Inclusive and supportive working culture.Qualifications and Skills
