This is a pivotal role where you''ll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving organisational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions across multiple business units.Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.Drive cultural change and embed best-in-class HR practices within a matrix environment.Partner with Centres of Excellence (Reward, LandD, Talent) to deliver integrated HR solutions.Analyse workforce data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.Support leadership development and succession planning to build future capability.About YouProven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial, fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of matrix structures and ability to navigate complexity.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.Strategic thinker with hands-on capability to deliver operational excellence.Interviews will be happening as soon as suitable applicants are identified.
