Senior HR Business PartnerHybrid working: 3 days on site per week.We''re partnering with an award-winning beauty and wellness brand on the appointment of a Senior HR Business Partner.Recognised as a UK Great Place to Work, this is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for delivering and embedding the people strategy during an exciting period of growth.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, rolling up their sleeves, and operating in an organisation (c.80-200 employees).Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted HR partner to the CEO and leadership team, supporting the delivery of high performance, engagement, and a strong team cultureProvide pragmatic advice and guidance to managers on all people matters, including performance, development, engagement, and organisational effectivenessLead and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence processesEnsure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain legally compliant and aligned with best practiceSupport hiring and the development of high-performing teamsDrive employee development, engagement, and management capabilityLead on employee relations and ensure consistent application of best practiceOversee HR operations, policies, and processesPartner with Finance to support reward, benefits, and payroll activitiesUse data and insights to inform decision-making and identify risks and opportunitiesKey Requirement
