The position is based at our HQ in London, and to support your growth, we offer:Operational experience in a start-up or scale-up environment where your work and results are highly tangible and impactful.Close collaboration with our CEO on finances and budgets, reporting to investors monthly, and participation in board meetings.Unlimited growth potential within our company, with a strong track record of internal promotions.Your responsibilitiesYour duties will include, but are not limited to:Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.Providing weekly cash flow updates.Conducting monthly PandL and cash flow analyses for comprehensive financial insights.Implementing cost optimization programs.Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.Leading working capital management.Managing financial planning for Human Resources.Supporting sales and operations teams as needed.What we expect from youWe value a strong work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and a relentless drive to excel. Additionally, we expect that you:Have an accounting background, ideally with over two years of experience at a Big Four firm.Have experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized business.Possess a UK work permit.Have a background in the media and conferences industry (preferred but not mandatory).
