This position is ideal for individuals who are keen to advance their career within a company that values internal promotion and employee growth.Day-to-day of the role:Answer customer calls and emails, providing detailed information and building engagement.Qualify inquiries to assess customer needs and book surveyor visits accordingly.Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience from the first contact.Assist surveyors by preparing and calculating quotes based on their measurements and recommendations.Send quotes to customers in a timely and professional manner.Follow up with customers via phone and email to encourage order placement.Accurately update customer details, sales progress, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.Maintain spreadsheets and records to ensure sales data is organised and accessible.Support the sales team with general administrative tasks to improve efficiency.Track outstanding quotes and proactively contact customers to drive conversions.Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.Guide and support customers in the showroom, providing advice and ensuring a high level of service.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and int
