Are you an IT Support Technician or similar looking to join a close-knit team that can solve complex issues and support clients across the world from all backgrounds.

In this role you will assist in client IT Support Technician, monitoring and fixing server issues as well as helping with system transitions. As an IT support technician you will be expected to instal, configure and maintain servers, firewalls, routers, AP and anti-virus software on a range of systems.

The ideal IT Support Technician would have MS certifications as well as a/working towards a MS 365 Accreditation alongside a detailed history of supporting window servers.

The Role:

• External support for all remote customer related issues
• Transferring data to MS 365 Solutions
• Various IT tasks such as networks, firewalls, physical servers
• General problem solving

The Person:

• IT support service technician
• Within 20 miles from job site
• Happy to work on site.
