You will be responsible for taking and serving food and drink orders with a high standard of attention to detail, offering recommendations and maintaining high standards of service and presentation. You will work closely with bartenders to ensure timely delivery, manage guest expectations to create and deliver memorable guest experiences.We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.We offer minimum hours contracts for 5 shifts per week including evenings and weekends. The guaranteed hourly rate is £15.34 per hour plus service charge.What do we need from you?Experience in a similar role in a busy luxury bar or restaurant.Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.Why us?We are bringing the spirit of Soho to life in a glorious hotel.
