Account Executive - London

We are looking for a driven account executive/aspiring account executive to help run one our largest global asset management accounts. To thrive in this role, you will have the ability to solve problems, build strong relationships with clients and publishers, think strategically and outside the box and independently prioritise your workload. You’ll be very comfortable with taking the initiative to solve problems and create solutions.About Us

This includes our in- house proprietary performance marketing technologies and reporting platforms, in-house programmatic solutions, research team and most importantly our people, each with expert sector knowledge.Over the past 20 years, we have grown into a marketing technology group which numbers over 170 people globally. With a strategic presence across the globe, our offices span key locations including London, Boston, Hong Kong and Sydney.
Within your role, you will be working on the following:Monitoring and optimising campaigns within platforms and with publishersLeading weekly status calls with the clientAssistance on managing multiple stakeholders within the clientAttending in person and online meetings with clients and publishersBriefing publishers and media vendors for new campaigns, collating and assessing responses and share with teamPrepare assessment of media within the campaign strategy and event opportunitiesManagement of client media plans and production schedulesPrepare on-going and post campaign reportingSharing proactive media updates with clientsSupporting Account Managers and Account DirectorsRoutine administrative and budget managementFeedback and idea generation for constant improvement of processHelping on a pitch for a new client
About you:A passion for digital media and a strong desire to work in a tech focused environmentA strong interest in financial news, business, economics or willingness to learn and stay up to date with these areasExcellent time management, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAble to work under tight schedule and manage priorities for multiple tasks set by clientsConfident in building relationships internally and externally, good communicator and public speaker (required for meetings with clients and publishers)Proactively managing your own workloadStrong team player mentalityAt least 1 year of work experience – background in an agency or publisher would be an advantage, but not requiredA personable individual with strong analytical mind-setUniversity Degree or 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. University Degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Advertising / Communications are preferred but not essentialFluent in spoken and written English. French, Spanish, Italian and other European languages preferred but not requiredExcellent command in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointEligible to live and work in the UK
