We have the pleasure of recruiting for a HR Advisor for a company based within the Newark area. This role is Monday to Friday, full time office based with a small amount of travel to their other site so a full UK driving licence is required. Ideally 9-5 but there is flexibility. You will be joining an established business within this fast paced manufacturing and production sector and be reporting into the Group HR Director. This role will suit someone ready to take on more responsibility and development in career and would appeal to someone who has been in an Advisory role for a short period of time or in a smaller business and wanting to move into a larger and more demanding business. Starting salary £28k-£30k, 25 days annual leave plus bh. The role over time will have plenty of scope for development across the business and wider group. The most suitable person for the HR Advisor role will be someone that is confident, willing to learn and develop, self starter and an excellent communicator.
