They are a medium-sized company known for their commitment to quality and operational excellence. They are now seeking an interim HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis for around 3-4 months on their site in Newark.DescriptionProvide generalist HR support across various functions within the organisation.Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and employment law.Manage and resolve disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.Support with employee relations, including handling queries and resolving conflicts.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.Coordinate training and development activities as required.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and practices.Support payroll processes and ensure all employee data is up to date.ProfileA successful
