Training and retention: A key part of the role is helping customers get maximum value from the platform through training and onboarding Existing Features and Usage: They need to ensure their clients don t suffer in silence. They need to understand what they are trying to achieve and why in order to help. New Features: they have an exciting roadmap of new features. It is vital that their customers are confident in using these new features so a major part of the role will be increasing awareness of new launches and providing education and training sessions as necessary.
