As part of their expansion, they are looking for an ambitious surveyor to grow the team, build client relationships, and contribute to the firm''s continued success.Role and ResponsibilitiesPreparing detailed reports, schedules of condition, specifications, and maintenance plansManaging projects from inception to completion, including contract administration and budget controlConducting building surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify defects, risks, and maintenance needsAdvising on building regulations, planning permissions, and statutory compliance requirements.Conducting dilapidations evaluations, managing negotiations, and reaching agreements on behalf of landlords and tenantsProviding specialist guidance on Party Wall matters and property disputesMentoring junior team members and supporting professional development within the team.Required Skills and ExperienceTrack record of managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and delivering high-quality work under pressureMRICS qualification with a minimum of 5 years'' PQE in a client-facing roleExtensive expe
