Our ethos is to have great knowledge, be informal yet professional, and ensure our guests have an excellent experience.The Role as a Bartender:

You will be a key member of the bar team working to exceed expectations, inspiring your colleagues with your knowledge, skills and passion for exceptional drinks and great customer service.Working closely with all the venue staff, you will:Mix and deliver premium cocktails to the highest standard, ensuring exceptional and consistent drinks are delivered to guests.Collaborate with other team members to create new unique cocktails for menu changes and promotions.Impart knowledge and offer advice to customers for drink choices.Run interactive, gin and cocktail master classes for customers.Inspire and motivate other more junior members of the team.Assist the General Manager with recruitment, training and more junior staff where required.Work collaboratively with the bar team to deliver exceptional standards of service.Be responsible for undertaking the operational tasks required for the smooth daily running of the bar such as bar set-up and break-down.Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, no matter how busy the venue becomes.Uphold industry workplace best practices such as Food and Beverage / Health and Safety.The ideal Bartender will:Have an excellent knowledge of classic and modern cocktails and a strong working knowledge of the spirits industry and a passion for drinks is necessary.Have significant previous cocktail bar experience.Have a current UK bar license, not essential but preferred.Have excellent bartending skills, an eye for detail and the ability to innovate.Have experience designing and creating new, unique cocktails.Be confident, capable and creative, with passion and commitment to delivering consistently excellent drinks in a vibrant environment.Have natural hospitality skills, energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Have the ability to be fast and efficient whilst maintaining a first class standard of drinks.A desire to broaden their skill set and progress their career with future promotions available.High standards of personal presentation and fluent spoken and written English.Be eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa.Come and help us continue to deliver the best Lucky Pig experience.
