Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to house specials

Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest

Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times

Follow recipes, portion control, and safety procedures accurately

Work closely with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service

Contribute to set-up and breakdown of the bar before and after service

Maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance at all times

Share your product knowledge and passion for drinks with guests

What Were Looking For

A genuine passion for hospitality and bar service

Previous bartender or bar experience in a quality venue is

preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods

Keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards

Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

A natural flair for guest interaction and creating memorable moments
