exceptional produce. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially astute Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team in sourcing the best quality products at the best possible value.Responsibilities

Ensuring great quality and accurate quantities of all purchased raw materials.Delivering on cost targets in line with budget guidelines.Sourcing from our approved supplier list.Maintaining accurate stock records.Leading and developing a small procurement team.Qualifications

Proven fresh produce buying experienceStrong numeracy and communication skills (written and verbal)Highlevel negotiation and decision-making abilitiesExcellent organisation and IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel)A proactive, cando attitude and a professional work ethicExperience in leading and managing a teamA methodical and logical approach to workWorking hours

Monday to Friday 08.00 until 17.30Participation in a weekend on call rota (1 in 3 weekends)About Watts Farms

Our produce is picked, packed, and distributed from our own production site. We are specialist growers, who over the years have developed both growing techniques and varieties to provide our customers with the best quality and flavour. We pride ourselves on quality and service and are passionate about food and ensuring we provide a first-class service to our customers.
