The role is highly client-focused, requiring financial planning coordination expertise and meticulous administration. Varied multi-tasking role. Part-time applicants (20+ hours) are welcome. No sales involved. Hybrid working is offered following training.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support within the Client Support teamBuild and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientsResearch and handle client enquiries efficiently and professionallyAccurately update and maintain the Company CRM systemDevelop awareness of current legislation, regulatory requirements, and FCA proceduresProvide ad hoc administrative support to the team as neededRequirements:Previous administration/coordination experience in a financial planning environmentConfident, polite, and professional telephone mannerStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailEnjoys a small business environment.
