Financial Planning Administrator
Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking for your next role within a close-knit and supportive team?We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with experience working within an IFA office. You will have a strong understanding of the financial planning process, be confident working in a regulated environment, and enjoy supporting both clients and advisers.Key responsibilities will include:Oversight and management of administration workflowsConfident communication with a wide range of clients and providersSupporting group pension and protection schemesWorking collaboratively with advisers and the wider team to develop client-focused proposalsCompleting general administration and compliance checks for new and existing businessDatabase administration, maintenance, and consolidationManaging workloads effectively to meet deadlinesThe successful candidate will have:Experience in an IFA officeWorking knowledge of the regulated Financial Services industry and FCA requirementsPrevious experience in a Financial Services administration role with familiarity of industry terminologyExperience using Intelligent OfficeDesirable experience with FE AnalyticsStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitaskA proactive, "can-do" attitudeHigh competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookWe are happy to consider candidates who are looking to develop into a Paraplanner role.
