Asbestos Surveyor
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to -40,000 (depending on location, qualifications, and experience)

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy operating across multiple regions, including London, the South East, East Anglia, and the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys on a variety of domestic and commercial properties
• Undertake all forms of PCM air testing, including four-stage clearance procedures
• Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports in line with current industry regulations
• Work safely and in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and best practices
• Provide professional, high-quality service to clients across all levels

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Full UK Driving License
• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying

Desirable Qualifications:

• BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures
